Can I cancel or modify my order?

Modifying or cancelling an order is not possible due to the merchandise entering the packaging and shipment phases rapidly after the order being placed.

Where do you ship to ?

We ship to all locations within Canada.

We also ship to the United States (except military bases)

How do I return or exchange an item?

Jourès does not have an exchange policy at the moment. If you wish to return an item, please refer to our returns policy page.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from the courier chosen for your specific shipment.

Please note that the standard delivery time of 2-3 business days are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of our and the courier’s, control. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Jourès’ and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Are duties and taxes included?

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes. These taxes depend on which province the order is being shipped to. Since Jourès is a Montreal-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery.

Where are the products sold on your website made?

Jourès curates a vast selection of brands and products sourced throughout the world. The selection is made with care and a concern for quality, diversity and inclusion. Do you offer a price adjustment policy? 

As an online business our prices change in response to trends, stock, promotions and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you've purchased it.

Sadly, we're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.

Do you offer a price match policy? 

Once a purchase is made, you have 14 days to request a price match. We do not match prices offered by marketplace-type retailers, non Canada based retailers and discounted prices. The item has to be the same on both websites and it has to be available at both retailers.

How can I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount, all you have to do is reach the checkout section once your cart is full, and enter the code in the the "Discount Code" box and click on "Apply".

Please note that a promo code cannot be combined with a gift card.

I need my order as soon as possible, can I have expedited delivery?

We only offer standard delivery options at the moment.

Can I use a gift card when paying for my order online?

Of course ! All you have to do is reach the checkout section once your cart is full, and enter the code associated with your gift card in the designated box. 

Please note that a gift card cannot be combined with a discount code.

What if my order is incomplete or the item I ordered is damaged or defective  ?

Please email us at Hello@joures.com so that we can help you resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Can I request a change of delivery address?

For security reasons once an order has been placed with a given delivery address, it can no longer be amended. Please make sure all the information entered upon checkout is valid. 

Can I get a refund for a gift card?

Gift cards are considered final sale.

How can I be notified when a product I want is available?

When a product is sold out, go to the product page. There you will have the option to be notified when this item becomes available again. Simply enter your email address and we'll do the rest !

Is it possible to create a baby registry via your online store?

It is unfortunately not yet possible. We are looking into offering this option as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept? 

Jourès Inc. uses the Shopify Payments ecosystem as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay to carry out its transactions in complete security.

You do not need to have an account to make a payment online, credit cards are accepted and the site is secured accordingly.

In the case of third party payments, credit card numbers or bank accounts are never seen by the merchant. Also, you have full protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
