You've changed your mind or the order isn't right? Don't wait any longer and follow the steps below for an exchange or return.
1. Send us an e-mail at hello@joures.com mentioning :
- your order number
- the products you wish to exchange or return
- The reason for your exchange/return, including photos if necessary.
2. We'll get back to you within 2 working days. Once your request has been processed and approved by our customer service department, please return your item in its original condition within 15 days of purchase to the address given to you.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and we are not responsible if an item is lost in transit. We also advise against using private delivery companies to return your item to us. These companies often charge us a fee upon receipt of your package, which we refuse to pay. In this case, your parcel will be returned to you. We recommend that you send your parcel via your local post office.
3. As soon as we receive the item, we will proceed with the refund within 2 to 3 working days. In the event of an exchange, we will contact you.
